Maybe you think green tea tastes funny, maybe you love the flavor… but either way camilla sinensis is unique. After taking a look at what it can do for your body, you would almost expect it to taste terrible. Perfect for dieters, health nuts, and every day consumers. Realistically you have to drink it without sugar and there is the ritual of brewing tea every time you want some- right?
I opted to buy the japanese-made mass-market 2liter bottle (ito-en is the best and most popular) from my local japanese supermarket. Try the lighter green colored bottles because the dark one has a bitter aftertaste. Presumably this is because it has more good stuff in it.
Without further ado,
- It reduces your breath odor.
- It contains near to zer0 calories.
- It gives you 1/3 the caffeine of an equivalent amount of regular coffee so you should drink three times as much and here’s why…
- Helps you maintain consistent energy and keep your metabolism active when sipped throughout the day
- As if helping you burn fat was not enough, it also contains the powerful antioxidant catechin and other polyphenols.
- Bonus: It improves your focus which is much more valuable than the jittery caffeine buzz from energy drinks and strong coffee.
Drink more green tea and be healthier.
